Suburb: Burleigh
Project Cost: $10,000-$15,000
We recently completed a project in Burleigh that transformed an unusable, erosion-prone area into a functional and visually appealing space.
The newly built property had a section of land that was significantly affected by rainwater runoff, leading to ongoing erosion issues. To address this, we designed and constructed a bush rock retaining wall, incorporating a comprehensive drainage system throughout to ensure long term stability and proper water management.
To enhance the natural aesthetic of the space, we also introduced a selection of native plants, creating a feature area that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
As part of the project, we collaborated closely with our plumber to relocate the property’s sewer and stormwater lines. This was a key step in allowing us to regrade the area and establish a more level, usable space below.
The end result is a durable, practical solution that not only resolves the erosion issue but also adds value and visual appeal to the property.
